Motivation

To achieve this, today's quality managers must be familiar with contemporary concepts and methods and be able to apply central quality management tools in all areas of the company.

Methodology

During the course, you will be given an overview of the current state of quality management throughout the company. Through relevant examples and practical exercises, you will familiarize yourself with the central methods and tools to establish consistent quality management in all areas of the company. You will also receive the "Six Sigma Yellow Belt" qualification, which will enable you to carry out internal improvement projects in a standardized manner.
