Third Expert Forum "Global Production"
How can production networks be adapted to the constantly changing challenges in the business environment?
This question as well as other central challenges that come along with the design of global production networks will be discussed at the third expert forum "Global Production" on September 28, 2020, in Stuttgart. In addition to a top-class round of experts from industry, the forum will be chaired by Prof. Gisela Lanza from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, Prof. Thomas Friedli from the University of St. Gallen and Prof. Schuh from the Laboratory for Machine Tools and Production Engineering (WZL) at RWTH Aachen University.
After the expert forum received a very positive response in 2016 and 2018, this year's participants will be given even more intensive insights into the upcoming trends and success factors in the future-oriented design of production networks through keynote speeches and discussions. Lectures by high-ranking industry representatives will complement the event and deepen the insights through best-practice examples as well as by conveying relevant methods.
Interested parties are cordially invited to use the expert forum for the exchange of experience and knowledge, as well as to critically examine their own production network, identify potentials and obtain information about current trends in the global production environment.
