As a central partner for manufacturing companies, the Global Production Management Center bundles the competencies in the field of production management at the RWTH Aachen Campus. Its services include communities, benchmarking and consulting services. Within several topic-specific communities, a non-competitive and confidential network enables an intensive exchange on global production, lean production and production systems and production analytics. In addition, company-specific solutions are developed in bilateral research and consulting projects and know-how transfer in all areas of production management is provided.
