Intensive Training "Successfully Calculate Tools & Generate Cost Transparency"

Objective:

As a supplement to the basic course "Industrial Toolmaking" and the Toolmaking Challenge, the intensive training courses and workshops enable a specific examination of a topic relevant to industrial toolmaking. Here, participants have the opportunity to focus on a key topic in specialist lectures, use cases, working groups and learning games in order to gain a comprehensive understanding of a subject area. In particular, they should be equipped with methodological competence in order to be able to apply the contents directly in their companies.

Presentation of different calculation systems for tool making
Operational application of the systematics for the calculation of tools
Feedback and key figure system as essential prerequisites for real-time controlling
Key figures for productivity measurement along the entire order processing chain

Supporting Program:

A fixed component of the intensive training courses and workshops are guided tours through the "World of Toolmaking Experience" and the WBA's demonstration toolmaking facility. Daytime catering and the evening programme for two-day events are included.
