Carl Eduard Schulte Foundation awards the 2019 CES Award to outstanding Graduates
Christopher Janßen receives the award for his Master thesis
The Carl Eduard Schulte Foundation awarded the CES Prize to Christopher Janßen in 2019 as an outstanding graduate. Prof. Dr.-Ing. Thomas Bergs supervised his master thesis in the Gear Department at the Chair of Manufacturing Technology of the Machine Tool Laboratory WZL of RWTH Aachen University. In his work, Christopher Janßen deals with the development of a method for the mapping of free production kinematics.
Prof. Dr. Hans-Georg Schnürch, Advisory Board of CES, and Dipl.-Ing. Richard Rackl, Managing Director of CES jointly presented the prizes were to the two lucky winners. Both prizewinners gave extensive insights into their work in lectures. The award, which is endowed with 1,500 euros, is presented annually as a trustee in cooperation with the VDI.
