Further Information

In the lecture Fiber Reinforced Plastics II the different manufacturing processes for fiber composites as well as preforming are discussed in detail. This includes in particular the machine technology for the production as well as for the processing of components in downstream processes. At the end of the lecture series, very different applications will be presented in a separate block and it will be explained in which areas and why the use of fiber composites is optimal. The lecture series will be rounded off with events on quality assurance, repair and recycling.
