In the course "Industrial Statistics" the students learn the difference between the determined and the statistical world and understand when the use of statistical methods makes sense. They will get an overview of the methods that can be used in industrial production. They get to know their fields of application and can interpret the statistical results in order to be able to draw conclusions about the quality of components, parts, products, machines, tools, parameters and processes on the basis of the statistical results.
