Manufacturing companies are dependent on the design of processes and structures to enable efficient processing of production orders. The lecture Production Management II presents the general connections and tasks to be mastered. Solution approaches and implementable measures are discussed in a practice-oriented way. In particular, questions regarding investment opportunities, estimates of expenditure and benefits, etc. must also be taken into account.

Production Management II extends the scope of consideration beyond company boundaries and deals with topics such as customer relationship management, supply chain management and enterprise resource planning.
