The aim of the lecture Quality Characteristics is to give you a well-founded impression of the planning of quality characteristics, the regulation of process quality and the elimination of errors in the field within the framework of eight lecture dates - including an excursion - held by Prof. Prefi.
Through practice-relevant examples of industrial quality management systems from development, production and service in the automotive, aviation and telecommunications industries, you will not only learn the theoretical basics but also practical applications.
