The strategic orientation of a company is of great importance especially in times of high competitive pressure. In this context, quality and project management are of particular importance.

The lecture takes the current challenges of practice into account and focuses in this context in particular on the integrative consideration of production technology. The aim of the lecture is to convey theories, methods and practical examples from the intersection of two management disciplines for successful products and projects.
