Model Based Systems Engineering

In order to support companies in the implementation and application of "Model Based Systems Engineering", the Laboratory for Machine Tools and Production Engineering (WZL) of RWTH Aachen University, together with the Center for Systems Engineering - CSE -, the Institute for Machine Elements and System Development - iMSE - and the Chair for Software Engineering - SE -, will carry out an internationally oriented consortium benchmark. The goal of the consortium benchmark is to determine factors for the successful implementation of a model-based development approach in order to increase efficiency and transparency in the interdisciplinary development of complex products.
