Technology Working Group

The Technology Working Group - TAK - is currently made up of 35 member companies working in the field of machining with geometrically defined cutting edges, who develop joint solutions for pre-competitive technical tasks on a scientific basis. The cooperation has been successfully carried out since the Working Group was founded in 1971. Leading manufacturing companies from sectors such as automotive technology, aerospace technology, turbine and engine technology, tool technology and coating technology cooperate in the application-oriented further development of manufacturing processes.
