The Career Pool of the WZL Aachen PS GmbH is a personnel consultancy and placement service in the environment of four major Aachen institutions in the field of production technology, including the Laboratory for Machine Tools and Production Engineering (WZL) of RWTH Aachen University.

Our core competence lies in coaching, consulting and the placement of specialists and executives in the field of production engineering. For companies, we are a competent partner for the placement of engineers*, for personnel marketing as well as for HRM consulting with a focus on newplacement and recruiting of engineers*. We support individuals confidentially, systematically and solution-oriented in personal change processes, management contexts and organizational issues.
Our home is the environment of the Laboratory for Machine Tools and Production Engineering (WZL), the Fraunhofer Institute for Production Technology IPT, the FIR e.V. at the RWTH Aachen University and the Chair of Production Engineering of E-Mobility Components (PEM), four major Aachen institutions around production technology. In our work we are particularly experienced in the broad field of production engineering. Our clients and industrial partners benefit from this industry expertise. We have a very good knowledge of the technical requirements and organizational framework of manufacturing companies, from successful medium-sized enterprises to large corporations.
