textelligence
textelligence has set itself the goal that people in technical companies experience less stress and have more time to focus on their core business thanks to intelligent text mining.
Modern approaches in the field of text mining are able to solve challenges with data overload, data shortage or bad data. With intelligent text mining, missing data can be sourced from online sources or in-house databases, and data quality can then be improved using modern approaches from the field of data cleansing. Last but not least, intelligent text mining offers the possibility to extract relevant information from large amounts of data. The knowledge gained in this way can then be used to improve processes in the long term."
textelligence is a spin-off of the Chair of Production Metrology and Quality Management at the Laboratory for Machine Tools and Production Engineering (WZL) of RWTH Aachen University, headed by Prof. Dr.-Ing. Robert H. Schmitt. From research projects in the field of customer intelligence, a business unit was developed that deals with the acquisition and evaluation of online customer feedback. Numerous projects have shown that text mining can be applied to many other problems in technical companies. Thus, textelligence has emerged as an independent unit with a new business focus in 2022.
