Further Information
The digitalization and networking of production and the associated increase in data will give quality management an even more important role in the future. The lecture "Quality Management" shows how this increase in data can be used in quality management. For this purpose, mathematical-statistical basics as well as data analytics and AI methods are presented first, with the help of which information is generated from the data. Afterwards, it will be presented how these methods can be used for different areas of quality management - for example process control, risk management, customer needs - to finally provide decision support - for example by using smart devices. Contributions from the field provide insight into the implementation of quality management in industry.
