Further Information
Within the scope of the course, the state-of-the-art of the respective subject areas are introduced, relevant methods and procedures are explained and reference solutions are presented. The contents are deepened in the exercises and by means of workshops accompanying the lectures. Additionally, students will work in groups on a seminar paper to deepen their understanding of factory planning as a research area. In this way, future production managers are enabled to comprehensively plan and develop individual production facilities as well as entire production networks of internationally operating companies.
