Abstract
Continuous UV nanoimprint processes are hardly competitive in terms of output volume. The development of the economic potential requires R&D effort. The dissertation focuses on the identification of quality-relevant process variables with regard to the scaling of production output. A procedure for iterative production increase is developed. It is investigated to what extent replication errors can be compensated by modifying the process variables.
