Old pipes, new task - How can an innovative ventilation system "recycle" the hydraulics in the existing office building?
This was the question posed by Viessmann to participants in our "Sustainable Building" Techathon, which we organize together with RWTH Innovation. From November 7 to 10, two teams consisting of students of architecture, mechanical engineering and civil engineering had time to develop sustainable concepts together with employees of the company. The three-member expert jury awarded the prize to the team that came up with a concept for the dual use of old pipes by using liners.
