Process Management


Nowadays, pursuing effective and efficient processes is a condition for being competitive. Besides analysing, planning and modelling of processes, process management means working according to processes and monitoring them. Out of the numerous concepts for managing processes, the down-up concept was the most successful in many reorganisation projects. Using a top-down approach, taking into consideration the processes targets on a strategic level is always the first step of process optimisation. The methods for process optimization are being identified by a bottom-up approach in collaboration with your employees.
