The objective of Lean Management is to identify the real worth from the client‘s perspective, optimally arranging the value adding activities and processing them without breaks – whenever they are demanded by the client. By doing so, one can increase the companies effectiveness, efficiency and competitiveness.
Making use of our experiences, our know-how of methods and our tools we will identify in common with the company the client’s value from the client’s himself view, aim all the business activities at the value stream, identify and eliminate waste, implement an integrated flow-concept adapted to the client (pull-concept) and bring thereby the company to ultimate perfection.
Speaking from our own experience, Lean Management is not anymore applicable in singular industry branches. Avoiding waste and reaching more out of less leads to performance improvements not only in producing companies, but also in Professional Service Firms and Governmental Organisations.
