Perceived Quality - Using subjective customer perceptions (online seminar)

Perceived Quality poses great problems for classical product development: The challenge is not to implement the customer's clearly communicated requirements by strictly adhering to the specifications, but rather to transform the wishes, needs and emotions that the customer "perceives" into a product. Quality management is faced with the task of ensuring this "perceived quality".

Many organizations today are trying to embed Perveived Quality in their processes and consciousness with different approaches; the first hurdle is often the creation of a common understanding - within and outside the quality management department. In this presentation, we will discuss ways to integrate Perveived Quality in organizations. In addition, (theoretical and practical) methods are presented on how to measure what is "perceived" by the customer, how iterative development can be used and which information channels are best suited for this task. Finally, there will be sufficient time for detailed answers to your questions.
