Correlation of sensory perceptions and technical properties

Your Challenge:
There is a considerable lack of objective measurements for the customer perception of product attributes. For example, surfaces in the car interior can feature different touch and look, even if their technical specifications are the same. In consequence the perceived quality of the complete interior can be broken.

Our Solution:
We developed a set of methods which break down the overall impression of customers down to more detailed perception clusters, quality attributes and quality descriptors. By using statistical tools, we are able to identify correlations between those subjective characterized terms with the technical product specifications. Our services help you to secure the perceived quality of your products as well as reduce costs where they gain no customer benefit at all.
