Quality management techniques to guarantee customer-optimal products
Many companies, especially those with a very innovative background, are permanently forced to place new products on the market to ensure high customer satisfaction and market shares. Every market entry of a new product implies a great uncertainty, not only in reference on eventual liability risks but also on customer acceptance and application.
To guarantee a high customer satisfaction for new products, we developed a new procedure to attend the market entry of new products and to receive early customer feedback. This procedure systematically combines the data sources of companies from the early testing results to the warranty cases with active components (e.g. data from a customer surveys). This approach ensures an early detection and reaction on market changes and precise counteract on market problems.
