Your Challenge The central tasks of Quality Gates are reviewing, harmonizing and synchronising project and process results to save time and costs. Quality Gates are understood as measuring points where the process chain is evaluated and the progress synchronised. It is particularly important to place Quality Gates at the critical points of information flows of a process chain. The identification of critical information and synchronisation interfaces is the key enabler for discovering the different positions where Quality Gates can be most effectively placed to assure an optimized process flow.  Our Solution Not the time line defines where Quality Gates are most sufficient. They must be set at essential points which potentially suffer most from inefficient workflows or failure which may cause scheduling delays. In order to identify critical information interfaces of a complex process chain, a methodical approach for setting Quality Gates is inevitable. We developed a solution, which analyze information flows to assure and optimize critical process phases in development processes.
