Globalisation EU-extension as well as the liberalisation of China are reshaping the global competition. For internationally operating companies, various new options have emerged: New growth markets demand for development, benefits from highly skilled labour at low labour costs offer great potential. Dramatic changes, such as rapid technology development even in low cost markets and the formation of new competition abroad, require to identify, develop and utilise any competitive factor available. Topics The complexity associated with globalisation requires identification and evaluation of all relevant variables and factors.
