Process Monitoring and Condition Monitoring

The demands on the productivity of production machines increase continuously. At the same time, the customers demand avery high quality of machined products. To fulfill these conflicting requirements, it is a constraining precondition to operate production plants without any disturbance in their optimal working condition and to monitor the machining process continuously. To avoid inferior quality and machine failure, the relevance of process- and machine condition monitoring increases significantly.
